Nami

Nami, or Bami, is our first import from France. She has only been with us a short while, but from day one she brought an enormous dose of energy with her.

She showed us that there is a completely different side to the Shiba spectrum as well. With her enormous hunting drive and independent character, she likes to decide for herself how things go. Extremely clever, but caring at the same time.

Once Nami trusts you and you belong to her pack, she shows her gentle side. She is a peaceable little Shiba who gets on well with other dogs and likes to look after her pack.

Because Nami comes from a kennel, she is naturally more independent. Her enormous hunting drive and speed make her a real athlete. No prey seems able to outrun her.

The lovely thing about Nami is that she listens remarkably well, but does everything her own way. That makes her a true Shiba Inu: independent, intelligent and at times wonderfully headstrong.

We are enormously glad we chose Nami. Not only for her character, but also for her beautiful bloodlines, which fit perfectly with Nero’s.

Where Nero represents the calm and stable side of the breed, Nami brings energy, independence and drive to work. It is precisely that combination that creates a beautiful balance between our two Shibas.
